Our Goal is to “Teach” you Cycling Skills. I did not say “Coach”, I said “Teach”. Every cyclist needs to learn how to control your bike in many different situations. Things happen on the road all the time whether it’s your fault or someone else’s. You have to have the skills to react without panicking. Your reaction response to a situation may prevent you from a fall or you causing someone else to fall.
Your knowledge of what to do in a problem situation is your most important asset in your safety.
I have created a method of teaching Cycling Skills that is Low Mental stress and Physical strain. It is a fun day of learning. The program begins with the word RELAX. During the class, you will hear this over and over again. Your ability to learn how to relax is the most important factor in handing your bike. During the class we will repeat many different drills, Your thoughts will go from “I can’t do that” to “I did it”. What you thought was impossible for you to do on your bike will become second nature. Through improving your skills you have become a safer rider.
Knowledgeable Cyclists are safer cyclists.
There are two Classes available. Both are about four hours long.
Part 1 - Curriculum will cover Relaxation, Balance, Turning, and Cornering
Part 2 - Introduction to Paceline, Hill Climbing and Proper Technique of getting out of
the Saddle.
You must do Part1 before taking Part 2.
